How To Use Concatenate Function in MS Excel? In MS Excel there are many ways to merge two or more different cells or two different values. In this article, we will provide you all possible ways to merge values in one cell.  We can merge two or more cells in one column by the following options. 1 - CONCATENATE  2 - & function 1 - CONCATENATE  Concatenate is very common  MS Excel formula . Maximum people use concatenate formula to merge two or more cells. For example, we have raw data, where the first and last names are showing in two different columns.  Let's suppose column A contains the first name and column B contains the last name. Our requirement is to merge both names in Column C.
