What is Blockchain Technology?

Blockchain Technology Blockchain technology is a decentralized digital ledger that enables secure transactions and storage of data. It is essentially a chain of blocks, where each block contains a record of transactions that are verified and added to the chain by a network of computers. Once added to the chain, these records cannot be altered or deleted, ensuring the integrity and immutability of the data. This technology is based on cryptography, distributed computing, and game theory principles, making it highly secure and transparent. It eliminates the need for intermediaries or third parties, reducing transaction costs and increasing efficiency. Blockchain technology has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to, cryptocurrency transactions, supply chain management, voting systems, smart contracts, and digital identity verification.
