Vitamins and minerals are very important for every human being. The deficiency of any vitamin or minerals can cause a dangerous disease. A proper daily diet is very important for all humans on the earth. We can consume healthy food to maintain our body's vitamins and minerals balance. We can also take a suggestion from the doctors about a balanced diet and some supplements to maintain daily needs.  In this post, we will discuss the disease because of the lack of vitamins.

Due to vitamin A deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Night blindness disease.
Night Blindness means the patient can not see at night or can see a burly vision during the night.

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Beri-Beri disease. 

Number  3. Vitamin B2

Due to Vitamin B2 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from the decease of "Extreme and unusual sensitivity to light" during day or night as well.

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Pellagra disease.

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Irritability, fatigue, tiredness, and path disease. 

Number  6. Vitamin B6

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer with  Responsible for protein in metabolism, the formation of blood; found in all food grains decease. 

Number  7. Vitamin B12

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Pernicious or Megaloblastic anemia decease. 

Number  8. Vitamin C

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Scurvy disease. 

Number  9. Vitamin D

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Rickets, Osteomalacia disease. 

Number  10. Vitamin E

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Animals' sterility disease. 

Number  11. Vitamin K

Due to Vitamin B1 deficiency, A Patient can suffer from Hemorrhage disease.
