Step 4: You will find many options there like save, save as, export. Click on Export Option.

Step 5: After clicking on Export Option, you can see the “Create PDF/XPS” option right there.

Step 6: Click there (Click “Create PDF/XPS”)

Step 7: Now a popup will be displayed to select the file save location

Step 8: Save the file on your desktop or anywhere. You can also change the name.

You can convert any MS Excel or MS World file to PDF with just a few clicks.

Now the MS Excel file has been transferred to PDF. You can open it and share it as well. In PDF files no one can edit anything. This is the main benefit of PDF files.
