Step 2: Select the sheet in the workbook.

Step 3: Go to the main menu and click the File Tab

Step 4: You will find many options there like save, save as, export. Click on Export Option.

Step 5: After clicking on Export Option, you can see the “Create PDF/XPS” option right there.

Step 6: Click there (Click “Create PDF/XPS”)

Step 7: Now a popup will be displayed to select the file save location

Step 8: Save the file on your desktop or anywhere. You can also change the name.

You can convert any MS Excel or MS World file to PDF with just a few clicks.

Now the MS Excel file has been transferred to PDF. You can open it and share it as well. In PDF files no one can edit anything. This is the main benefit of PDF files. After conversion from MS Excel to PDF, your MS Excel will also be as it is. So you can make changes at any time in an Excel file and again can convert it into PDF format.
